There is a lot of badfic out there. There are a lot of Mary Sues. But out of the horror something good has come: parodies.
I love parodies of Mary Sues and/or badfics. So, in the tradition of![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif)
pottersues and other fic-reporting journals, I created this journal. (Only, unlike the Mary-Sue journals, which are about bad fanfics, this is about good fanfics.)
I'll search out the best stories that mock, skewer, parody, lampoon, kill or otherwise make fun of Mary Sues and other bad fanfic. I'll post recommendations from Harry Potter and/or Lord of the Rings here for your enjoyment. (It probably won't be every day. But it will be as often as I can manage.)
Recommendations:
If you know of a great Mary Sue parody or badfic parody and you think it should be up here, let me know! Send me an e-mail (address is above) with the URL. (I don't guarantee that I'll post it, but I'll definitely look at it.)
